I have to admit I came close to having to defend myself more times than I liked when my sons played travel hockey.
My oldest was a hard-hitting defenseman and oftentimes would drill another player pretty hard. It's always clean but hard as hell. Parents would get bent out of shape that I was cheering for my son because it was their snowflake he hit.

Look, I understand parents want the best for their child and its only natural to be emotional, but this is just insane. A bunch of emotionally unintelligent humans. And we wonder why the kids are the way they are..
