Well, obviously the muslim that is seen in the video dressed up as a fireman. He was probably looked for a way to start more fires or interrupt the fighting of the fire.

So the construction company in charge of the restoration is owned by a 34 year old guy. And it is a small company based outside Paris. Hmmmmmm.
