There are already fire hoses spraying the building in that video which took a long time to get there. The guy that started the fire was still strolling around on the balcony?

No idea who that is but the fact that someone could think that looks like a "construction worker" means that everyone is going to look at this video and see whatever they want to see. I mean the last thing that looks like other than Bigfoot is a construction worker... looks to me like someone in Muslim garb too
at the very least that person should be wanted for questioning until we know who that is and what they were doing. But this video will be like the one of Building 7 falling. You'll never hear of it again outside of conspiracy theories saying that it must be the arsonist.
