Endy rider, hoping the rain times up, in our favor, for all weekend paraders. Doesn't look good.

This past weekend couldn’t have been any better. Except for a little rain Saturday afternoon, it was great!

We are still far enough out it can change, but right now I am concerned for Saturday and Sunday. But, the ray of hope is last week as of Thursday they were predicting a wash-out on Sunday and it was perfect yesterday.

The rain gods heard that New Orleans had cleared the storm basins of debris and beads. They just wanted to make sure the process clogging them up begins anew as soon as possible.

Yea I agree with this, I hope it holds off. Some rain is not bad, but constant showers kills it.

Usually what happens when Mardi Gras occurs in early February. Too early.

Yeah this forecast is really pissing me off.
Thoth has had a great run of nice weather rides, but it's not looking good.

Doing a run through the models this morning, looks like the parades most at risk of heavy rains are Endymion all the way into Thoth. That's very much subject to change, but the general idea of off and on rain from Friday night through Monday morning looks correct.

Bring the raingear out.

The way you worded that, makes me think you know what you are looking at, any chance the rain breaks up or times out where Endy avoids it?

Any chance of it holding out or clearing out for Sunday for Thoth and Bacchus?
