Honest question if anyone has a theory of why this phenomena seems to hold true?
For one thing, women just generally have less accountability in society when they frick up.

Arguably very true, however, my wife of 26 years never scarred a rim, had an accident, nor bumped into anything. She was a helluva driver in her ‘87 300ZX, 5 speed when we first met. RIP sweetheart!

Lack of spacial awareness. Hell, most of them don’t even know what that is.

I assume they start by not hitting curbs
Spoken by someone that clearly knows nothing about motorsport, or at least road course motorsport.
Any track driver knows kerbs are your ticket to lap times which is one reason engineers hate drivers.

It's their world and the curbs are just living in it.

They suck at hand/eye coordination by comparison. They have issues with depth and reaction speed.

didn't you jack up your Escalade hastily leaving Hunk-O-Mania a couple of years ago?

It was my BMW driving 15 miles an hour through a curve in our tiny alley behind our house. And it cost $12,000.

If you saw the alley and the curb, you’d ask, “How the hell did you go 15 mph?”

Rashed up a Porsche Fuchs wheel in a damn Wal-Marks parking lot.

always wondered why the back alley/rear entry garage design is so prevalent on the east side of the Metroplex, don't see very much of it on the west side
