Brunet's Seafood Restaurant...….frickin loved this place. The food, music, laid back vibe.

Shakey's Pizza - Kids paradise (and parents) for Pizza and entertainment.

La Fonda Mexican Restaurant - Just an old school place I loved.

Blockbuster, and yes, I know about the one store up in the PNW.

Tom-Toms - I can't recall a legitimate consumer product revolution like 3rd party GPS units come up so quickly only to fall off a cliff.

To a lesser extent, aftermarket radio interfaces. It's been long time since I've seen an aftermarket radio in a car.

Schwegemann’s with the little bar/grill. Used to go with my maw maw and pawpaw. We sat at the counter, he drank a couple of Falstaffs and I got a burger while she shopped.Miss that old man.

Krauss on Canal St. - best store ever - plus the chili in the mezzanine was delicious

K&B - the ice cream and purple pencils!

Cant think of anything else off hand. Those were my two favorites

Friend,

It was a difficult decision between Kolb’s, Time Saver, and Bruning’s, but ultimately, I learned to dance at Kolb’s so I shall choose it.

Yours,

Mr. Gatti's right off the LSU campus. My parents would meet up with my uncle and bring my brother and I there after LSU games when we were kids.

Ah yes. I remember the one on Vets well. It is an unfortunate testament to 12th grade Methuselah's lack of game that my group of friends ended up there on graduation night after the gathering at the local Frostop petered out.
