Context has more meaning than a word. How do you think she meant the word? Its like if two women, who are close friends call each other a bitch. One of them can do something and the other one laughs and says "you are such a bitch", it wasn't used in away to degrade her... If a guy is going somewhere and there is a woman in his way, who he didn't know and he just up and says "hey you stupid bitch get out the way".. Then that's completely different.

I wouldn't call her racist for using that word. She was basically stereotyping. It just so happens that word is used to describe a certain race but when that race uses more than other races, it no longer carries any weight. Just something to get bent over about.
