Looks like she did initially provide the address, and the HOA dick wasn't satisfied.

It appears the President if the HOA didn’t know the by laws either.
Pool users should sign in with name and address, with number of guests listed.
They probably had a sign in sheet out, but no one kept it updated or enforced it. Then Biff had to show up and swim with a black person and shite hit the fan.
