It’s a republic that embraces freedoms and liberties that don’t cause harm to others, not a place for anarchy or pure democracy to bring us to ruin.

Besides being utterly ridiculous, there’s a real safety issue with the driver’s vision being impaired as well as driving at night with the headlights pointing toward the sky rather than the road to help you see where you’re going and what’s in front of you.

You are free to drive any vehicle you like.

But there are limits to what you can do on a public road. You can't operate a vehicle where the leading edge of the hood is so high relative to the driver's seat that you can't see small cars or pedestrians in front of you.

I dunno. Last night I saw a guy with LED lights wrapped around the inside of his rims... like where the brakes are.

They do seem like a safety issue. The driver is looking at the sky, the truck’s headlights aren’t aimed correctly when the front end is pointing up, etc.

And your truck nuts will drag on the concrete

So no lift kits over three inches state wide? I hate the squat but don’t support this if true.

No one should be fined for this, imo. Sometimes public canings are appropriate.

Like half the boats I see because the driver is too stupid to trim his drives.

Now if they would just ban obnoxious sounding exhausts the world would be a better place.

I mean no, if they can't see the road it's hazardous as all hell.

If they properly aimed their headlights and can see the road adequately enough to drive safely, I don't care.
