I understand what y’all are saying, but the optics of shooting and killing them in the back as they ran away doesn’t translate into a justified killing to their people.
All they see and hear is they were shot in the back as they were running away.

They were running away while shooting behind them. That's fair game.

That's a stupid narrative that will always be used as a weapon against lawfulness and society. They violently robbed a business and then shot an officer. Too bad they both didn't die at that point.

Man, in the end the ppl who complain about police killings will find a way to complain no matter how "justified"
We as a society should ignore the noise and abide by a commonly accepted rule of engagement which is, once you shoot... you are fair game.

You shoot until the threat is stopped, not necessarily until they’re dead.

Okay John Wayne but there were bullets flying both directions.
One of the cops should have been farther away, behind a car or barrier but not so close to the doors.
