I called the non emergency line, provided my address, asked what the hell was going on...nothing. She said there were no reports, but offered to send someone out to speak with me. Haha. I even gave her the address opposite my house, where they were shining the lights. Worthless. I'm surprised they answered the phone.

The non emergency line has no info, so you port it on tigerdroppings. It's likely that one of the responding officers is checking in on the OT on his phone and will update you shortly. Smart plan, IMO.

Doesn't matter. You require a warrant or take action against anyone that takes over your property without just cause.
