I usually go between this, the regular Dark Roast, and I also have a taste for the House Blend.

Think I made a mistake of getting some of a flavored variety, Sugar Covered Beignet or something like that. I've only had one cup of it, but wasn't what I hoped for.

I rotate honestly. I have a nespresso and they recently came out with a pod intended for brewing over ice. My go to is honestly buying a gallon of cold brew coffee from Cake That in Gonzales. A gallon will run you $30 but it is amazing. I am a big fan of cold brew / iced coffee in the summer.

I started fresh grinding from whole beans about a month ago. Still figuring out what I like. Doing the locally roasted thing. Had been trying this Ethiopian bean. This morning I tried a Yemeni bean.

When I lived in Bangkok I used to get Blue Mountain whole beans. Then grind them at home. Really full flavor and great taste.

Not much coffee wise beats a good cup made from fresh ground beans.

Also, you should try a French Press sometime. It takes a bit more time to make a cup. But it’s well worth the effort.
