Toilet paper hoarding and shortages amid the coronavirus have apparently led to the clogging of New Orleans area sewerage systems, as residents have increasingly used nonflushable paper to stay clean

Serious question: do most people ,prior to the Coronapocalypse, buy toilet paper one roll at a time?

I guess a lot of people just buy a 4 pack or whatever when they pick up groceries.

How long have the residents been using automobiles to wipe their asses?

I might blow a few people's minds but storm water sewer does not equal sanitary sewer.

Anyone who doesn’t keep at least 15-20 rolls in their home per person is a savage. I couldn’t imagine. I have no less than 300 rolls in my garage

If you are too stupid to understand what can or can't be flushed, you probably deserve to get sick. But, society won't be that lucky.
