The single most crooked organization in the entire country. I compared my bill and usage to what my brother pays in Metairie. His bill has never been over $70 and his usage is almost triple of mine. My bill has never been under $120. Some months my usage hardly changes and it'll be over $200. They are the kings of sending out every piece of heavy machinery they own to fix the smallest shite.

This is the same organization that got busted a few months back for logging overtime that equated to more than 24 hours a day

Cedric Grant, Executive Director of the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans said he is “shocked and appalled by the crimes that have been committed.” Grant said.
Grant said the public relies on the S&WB to watch over a vital public resource and “we must be trusted to do the right thing.”
“What I’m dealing with is a culture where people think they can do things that they can’t,” Grant said.
So this guy blames his employees but doesn't have a clue what they are doing? He shouldn't be held accountable? If my employees are doing that it doesn't take 3 years to find out.

The meter box on my side lawn has been hemmoraging water for several months now. I've filled out 3 reports to get them to fix it. I even saw two workers checking the obviously gushing water meter box and asked them about it. They said they would report it.
Nothing.
I honestly don't know what the hell to do about it since its starting to ruin my lawn and sidewalk.

Scrap yards aren't exactly in the business of looking too closely into how their customers came into possession of the scrap.
