seriously, I am not really for privitization, but this is an exception. I would fire every SW&B employee and make them reapply for new positions.

These guys are the worst, you ever drive down a street that is messed up in the middle and fine on the sides? That's because these yahoos dug a trench, fixed a pipe and then just put asphalt over the hole, no concrete.

I have seen leaks last for months.

Say what you will about Kenner, but we always get a water person out the same day no matter the complaint.
They may send six guys to dig one hole, with only one shovel, but it will get done,

These dumbass's bought equipment from me once. They insisted on putting the equipment into a class 1 div 2 area for some stupid reason, even though the equipment could have easily been put 40 feet outside this C1D2 area and been fine. there was electrical already there so there was literally no extra expense to put the equipment outside the area other than the $200 worth of pipe. So they spent $24k on special add on's to get the equipment to C1D2, instead of moving it 40' over, paying $4k for the equipment, and $200 to pipe it into the C1D2 area.

Pissed me off despite making about 10 times more on this job that I would have if they had done what I told them to do and they would have spent a lot less.

People would hate me in that office if I got in charge. No one is being held accountable.

This is only the part they are reporting. Theft is rampant there. The main problem is that some of the supervisors and bosses were promoted to their positions because they have been there, and not because they know what they are doing. Their systems are obsolete and most there have no clue how to use them properly. They only know how to hit certain buttons. This theft in particular is easy. When a worker fills out a requisition form for materials at a job, the inventory control workers at the warehouse input it into the system under that person's personal file. So when that employee quits or retires, it shows every piece of material that person requested throughout their employment as needing to be turned back in.
