I truly believe that Teedy and Avegno know exactly what the Rt data says.
They know a sharp decline is coming.
So they will implement some fairly harsh restrictions, and then when it happens take credit, allowing themselves power for future restrictions, and no one in the media or her retarded constituency will question a thing.
