More like this is what happens when your city is in a bowl surrounded by water. Would love to ask her why she lives here if she hates it so much? What's keeping you from heading west.

I also suspect the photo is either faked or a warmist did it shortly before the photo was taken. I've never seen a bumper sticker or graffiti saying that. And I don't see anyone tagging their own building like that, regardless of the content of the message,

Any OT detectives have a recent photo of that location?

The thick black line separating the water and the building looked odd to me too
