Game, set, and match, you heard it here first folks... Amazon will select NOLA for its future HQ2, all because of its progressive, and visionary albeit pandering leader Mitch.

Really the only question in the matter will be once Mitch brings home the bacon, do his haters prefer their crow fried or blackened?

What's sad is that Louisiana desperately needs something like this. Hell, even Mississippi is starting to get it together enough that they'll be passing us up economically in the next decade.

Sadly, due to our education system, demographics, and corruption; we most likely have less than 0% chance.

As much as I'd love for Amazon to come to the NOLA area, I seriously doubt that it happens (although I hope I'm wrong).

Amazon has really changed Seattle and NOT for the good.

Maybe it would be good for New Orleans though.

Amazon might support leftist ideals, but at the end of the day all that matters is billions of dollars. He's not going to risk his empire by building in a chocolate city where half of the population can't read no good or pass a drug test.

Too small of a population and not enough (or any) top tier colleges to pull from that are close by.

Perhaps the Amazon drones can deliver food and booze to the residents stuck on their rooftops once they get flooded after 2" of rain.
