I honestly dont see an issue with the city picking up shite that is left on the neutral ground.

Correct. People can just leave their stuff out there that entire stretch.
The problem ain't the ladders, really. If the ladders are indeed 6 feet back from the curb. The problem is the tarps and the tables and the people that take up half a damn block.

I ate at Superior last weekend and there were already ladders up sidewalk side by some of the apartments/condos.
