Really? So the whole reason you have a warrant is because you were irresponsible and didn't handle your business in the first place. Why should that remain rewarded?
Hey Captain Americam, this entire thread was predicated on the warrants being traffic/simple possession type shite.
And yes I would rather THOSE people be allowed to work AND be held accountable. YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH BOTH YA KNOW.
If they are Federal charges and/or these were dangerous mfers trying to work a game in which I brought all four of my kids to, then LOCK EM UP.

One good thing about Landmark is their employees don't give a frick. The old men "security" at the box used to look all over the bleachers trying to find someone with booze... Landmark people look like they don't even want to be there.
We got one ole stinky fricker in LF who babbles and tells dumb arse jokes all the time.
And never lets me forget about when I brought the wrong game's ticket( you know how easy it is to do with the season books).

Don’t have a warrant
I have warrants out for me in most states and four other continents.... convicted in absentia of having game
...guilty as charged

I read earlier that this happened last year as well and all were felony warrants. Not sure why they wouldn't specify this time, but I doubt it's for unpaid parking tickets.

The old men "security"
Some of them took their role extremely serious. This was years ago.. Out in left field.. In one section, this old dude would want to check people's ticket.. when they came back, after already having him check their ticket the first time. most of them, if you go to just a few games a year, you will see again.. But it was the first and last time I saw this guy, but he was pissing some people off. They would be going back to their seat, with a drink and food in hand and he was asking them to see their ticket.

Not sure I fully understand this but if I’m a business owner and hiring people to work for me, I don’t want them with active warrants. But that is just me

They basically trapped them by having the background check in person at the stadium with police right there
They do this every year. Its basically people who are hired from staffing agencies and treatment programs. The company who has the LSU event janitorial contract hires temp labor from area drug treatment programs then LSU has BRPD put them in jail because they have unresolved charges (the reason they are in the program). Then they get let out the next day to go back to their treatment program. Huge waste of time and money but yet they do the same thing every year.

I've posted about it before, but I swear its true..I'm not sure if the US part throws you off, but a Marshalls job is to do exactly that..I calmly reasoned with them and followed them to the DSPD to pay my fines

Go frick yourself. A criminal with a job is still a criminal.

Word. Then admins can delete my gay arse thread. It was just vague and left room to ponder. And the OT is more fun than work.

I just did. Some people are just stupid.
I started the thread with the assumption that it was minor shite.
NO way in hell they should NOT do background checks on people. And I suggested the police offer to take their money instead of taking them to jail.

Lyndsey Elizabeth Wow this is so classless and disgusting, even for LSU
Lyndsey Elizabeth People still wanna make an honest living, you come to a job thinking your about to bring home food to the table and they call the cops on you? Be a little compassionate for other’s struggles.
Mia L. Jewell Rusty Juban not everyone knows they have an outstanding warrant. I know I didn't when I called the police to report my car had been stolen. Does it even make sense to you that i would call the police if i knew i had an outstanding warrant for something i didnt even do? Does that make me a bad person?
I'm new to the law breaking business. But, how do you get a warrant without knowing?

I do not believe that is actually a US Marshal's job. Do you have some evidence to back that up?
