Haven’t these been done before by Nike? It’s seems pretty common since sport added to Olympics in 1996, but makers always push themselves as revolutionary.
It’s like with women’s roles in tv and movies it seems like since at least Jurassic Park part of Hollywood promotion is talking about how we have never seen a strong women taking seriously like this before and anyone complaining about giving a book or comics male character’s skills to a female in the movie is just a sexist.
No matter what people associated with Last Jedi or Captain Marvel state strong women have existed in film before them and were even over promoted as having them instead of just having them and expecting acceptance.
Decades later they are still acting like women need special promotions to stand out and look strong instead of just letting them stand out and be strong on their own (or women supporting with their $ like men support male sports).

Nike is so stupid. How is some chick playing soccer gonna change the world? Why don't they show some women DRs, women scientists, strippers, etc? They really can change the world and make a difference.

I mean Nike is a sports apperal company. No man will change the world through sports either, but that doesn't mean they cant pretend that sports are so much more important than they really are
