Was in line behind some early to mid 20s girls for the lsu game on saturday and they all had visible nicotine patches on the backs of their upper forearms. I just did not get it. I smoked from late teens to age 30 and quit when I got married. I enjoy a good cigar every once in a while. I would probably rather see a young person smoke an old fashioned cigarette than vape. Were these girls trying to quit smoking or they needed the patches because they could not vape in the game? The patches were just not a good look in my opinion.

Maybe it was birth control?
Opportunity missed.

I use Pillowz

I tried a pack of those and yes they're very soft but they seemed to way underperform compared to the stated dosage to me.

This can't be healthy. They have been using nicotine like pro's for years though

I used these to quit Copenhagen and have never been able to fully kick the habit from them. Long stretches of quitting but always get sucked back in. I’ve tried zyn, rogue, Onn, etc., but none are as good as mellow.

I’d rather the nicotine without the tobacco but none are as good.

It’s the absolute perfect tobacco product.

When I’m using, I’m at about a can every 3 days. I introduced my brother in law to them and I swear he goes through 2 a day now.

One day after we had all been together and he had some liquid courage, he threw me under the bus saying that he had quit Levi and I introduced these to him and it was my fault he was addicted.

My wife hates when I use and gave me absolute daggers.

The absolute best flavor of any tobacco product I've ever used. I buy a tin of mellow and a tin of robust and alternate. I go through a can of each in about 3 days.

I've tried pretty much all of them. Im the same as others on this board, theres usually not a point in the work day I dont have a pouch in my mouth.

A can on Zyn will only last about a day they just lose everything too fast in my opinion. Switched to Alps and they were fine,,, until I found 15mg Grizzly pouches.

10 Dollars for a roll at Murphys and they last so much longer than any others ive tried.

I think a couple every now and then is no issue at all

But o think people doing multiple every day are crushing their hearts. You can feel your heart working harder when you take one

Baw, I go through a can of 6mg spearmints a day and my resting heart rate is in the mid 50s. In any case, it’s a damn sight better than going through 1-2 packs of Marlboro reds.

Maybe when your body gets used to it it subsides, but I can not only feel my HR and BP rise when on zyn, I can see it on my Fitbit too

Everything I’ve seen says it elevates BP and heart rate from cardio constriction. Makes the heart work harder and impairs exercise tolerance.

Most people don’t drink 10-12 cups a day all day though with coffee. And those that do I would say are likely harming their cardio system

Ok. Thanks, doctor.

I agree that too much of many things can be harmful. That’s the news, stick around for the weather.
