Notice how he said "recommend". Nowhere did he say he would bring the power of the federal government to arrest people or otherwise harass those choosing not to get vaxxed. But you knew that.

There’s really not much difference produced by mask mandates
As scientists/doctors are learning about the virus and its variants, it was always going to make sense that the guidance was going to change. You can’t bank on what you already knew by March to be 100% applicable to today.

Yeah, I'll never trust government (either party) again.
I'm so tired of the waffling and trying to justify it. Stupid people are easily influenced though.
