That sounds like something right out of his standup

Was he inappropriate? If her version is mostly true, probably a bit.
Could I see a situation where he got honestly confused by green light, brake tap, green light, brake tap... very possible. Especially going as far as it did, not just kissing. Who knows what signals he caught, or missed.
If a girl is constantly tapping the brakes, you should probably just full stop though. It’s a good life lesson to try to stick to the enthusiastic situations.

I don't think his stand-up is even remotely funny. But I also don't think he's a predator.

“In September of last year, I met a woman at a party. We exchanged numbers. We texted back and forth and eventually went on a date. We went out to dinner, and afterwards we ended up engaging in sexual activity, which by all indications was completely consensual.
The next day, I got a text from her saying that although ‘it may have seemed okay,’ upon further reflection, she felt uncomfortable. It was true that everything did seem okay to me, so when I heard that it was not the case for her, I was surprised and concerned. I took her words to heart and responded privately after taking the time to process what she had said.
I continue to support the movement that is happening in our culture. It is necessary and long overdue.” - Aziz Ansari

She was scared and confused and he was the one in the position of power and she was majorly caught off guard. And guys KNOW that and they use that as leverage knowing that if they ASK or do something to coerce her to do it she WILL. She told him she didn’t want to, he still tried to get her to do it. Sometimes just doing it feels like the safer, easier, only option, that DOESNT make it consensual.
she knew what she was doing when she went back to his place. she could have easily still said no at any point. Sexual interactions are very unspoken and if your partner is doing then you have to assume she's liking whats happening. You cant be that guy that constantly asks her if shes okay.
Domineering/manipulative woman do the same shite btw, it's not exclusive to guys.
Ultimately as long as there is a dominant person in the relationship (which there usually is) then there will always be a "rape culture". People will always feel pressure to please or appease their partner.

Wow. That isn’t sexual assault or misconduct. It’s just a bad date. She blew him twice, he blew her once, they spent a half hour naked in his place and he didn’t force himself on her. The article is irresponsible.

Never thought he was funny and it doesn't suprise me he would turn out to be a creeper

Are you the pet food woman ?
Posted on 1/15/18 at 3:24 am to brmark70816
sexual assault?
she was willing to blow him...twice in the same night even after this happened.
She then contradicts herself saying in the story that she basically forced him off her and said no.
However when she texts him that same night she says he didn't adhere to nonverbal clues...like sucking dick?

That better be sarcasm.
It’s Kibbles nonsense.
See, people like her need victimhood so bad that they consciously attempt to make everyone else victims too. They try to convince people that they have been oppressed and wronged when they haven’t.
She makes up these fanciful scenarios and weasels and badgers people to the point where they start to wonder, “gee, even though it was completely consensual and I could have left at any time, the way she defines it, I guess I WAS a victim. Me too!”
It’s the same way with her racism. She has this paternalistic need to tell blacks that they are victims of the evil white man, and that they need her to show them what victims they are.
She needs people to be victims in order for her to have any purpose so she makes them into victims in order to validate herself

She was confused that a man made advances toward her after she returned to his apartment? You have to think that women are stupid and fragile creatures to believe what you wrote.

His only “power” is that he is famous. He held no power over this lady. They weren’t meeting to discuss a script or any professional opportunity. She approached him at a public event and persisted after he ignored her, then they set up a date. There was no power dynamic at all.
