The real issue is progressing these tools to the succeeding levels of refinement. I don’t think monkeys have done that.
Not monkeys, but orangutans have learned to fish with poles. Saw it on the discovery channel a while back.

How does the discovery that monkeys make simple stone tools today, disprove the theory that early humans made simply stone tools long ago?
It's possible early monkeys made those tools, and it's possible early humans did too. We don't know who made them. If it was monkeys, then they haven't progressed much at all.

How does stone tool usage by monkeys millions of years after humans prove evolution wrong? How does it throw a wrench in the theory?
it doesn't at all. just having that headline tells me this article is probably bullshite

No it doesn't

evolution

it’s a false narrative.
Yep
.... do you mean evolution as a means to explain the creation of man? Embryonic evolution is false? Certainly debatable, but the evolution of a species is certainly not a false narrative. For example, humans are taller than they were in the past - Evolution. Human's jaw bones are smaller and weaker - Evolution. Humans feet are not as flat - Evolution. Etc, etc.

It doesn't prove evolution wrong, it just means that the earliest "tools" in the fossil record may not have been made by humans at all.

There are tons of studies published in a high impact journals that based their findings on these so called “tools” to advance and bring those evolutionary concepts forth.
This latest study tells you many of previously published findings might very well based on a false premise.

The biological advantage that humans have that other animals don’t and why we’ve been able to put on the veneer of civilization is we birth children with giant brains and are effectively able to protect that child while it learns everything it can in the world. Weird, huh? Almost like… we were created in the image of God.

Because that’s how science works. If you don’t question the science then believing in it is absolutely no different than having faith in a religious concept.
Yep. Agree. The remarkable thing is that modern evolutionary theory is seemingly bulletproof, destroying all secular and religious challenges going back to 1859.
The old essay is still true, “Nothing in Biology Makes Sense Except in the Light of Evolution”.

I've always loved how absolutely insane that statement is.

Is it a stone EBT card?

I thought the science was settled.

If the evolution theory is justified by man, or an early version of man, creating these tools as proof that evolution is 100% correct, I think you have to discard those beliefs justified by early toolmaking.
If a scientist says “see this jawbone here. It’s next to this neat stone tool. We can clearly see this is an early humanoid because it’s the jawbone of a primate and the tool making abilities are on clear display”.
Yeah, all that goes out the window if primates are making tools. Any justification of the evolutionary theory of man based on tool making would have to be re-examined.

A lot of these tools were considered the proof that evolution was correct. Now you are taking that proof away.

Probably because you look at it wrong. God is everything and everywhere.

Early baw.
When they start floating around on logs and using dynamite we need to worry.
