ZIGG, you are new here so automatically you are accused of being an alter, but there should be an age requirement when it comes to how old teachers have to be in order to teach high school. Like I said earlier.. A 23 year old will have a lot more in common with HS aged kids so they will be able to connect easier which makes it easier to establish a relationship.

But I do think in this situation, if the student was just seen in her car then you can only assume what happens. Is there rules about teachers and students hanging out with each other outside of school? I think the kid might have been coached to say what he did. If he thought something didn't seem right about her, etc.. Then why was he alone with her? That's being a complete sellout. "I was tearing that arse up, but I knew something wasn't right with her.. Because she hugged other students and what not".

She will likely never be able to teach again right? It might be difficult for her to find other types of jobs as well, which I think is a little harsh considering she is a 23 year old who made stupid choices she will regret 10-15 years from now.. If this was a 19 year old student she taught, who graduated in May and she was 25.. This wouldn't even be in the news.. I know the law is the law, but.... I don't think it should haunt her for the rest of her life.
