I bet it would be quite the pain in the arse to fetch an off target basketball out of that fricking wilderness.

Why does there seem to be a picture of a putting green and short range area with another green, then?

Surely it includes the land that runs between the houses, it's more of a compound.

Do they have Branch Davidians in Florida?

Well, yeah. Obviously the land, beaches, and amenities are lumped into the value. I'm just pointing out the obvious weight of value being placed on the Texas land rather than the structures built on the land.

How does an appraiser find comps for that?

Probably more like 50k or 100k per night. You could host fortune 500 corporate retreats here.

its the size of a resort... sooo I'd imagine that the maintenance fees alone to keep a piece of property like that in top shape is insane.

You think it comes furnished? If so, I'll have to rethink my offer.

That's not a home, that's a resort. I can't imagine living in a place with 33 bed rooms. That's just asinine. This will likely be bought to turn it into an exclusive resort.

It isn't. It's 525,000 acres that happens to have a house on it. Like selling a pencil for a thousand dollars that comes with a free National Championship ticket.

Also your pretentious sig line doesn't make grammatical sense: you curb global warming, not curve.

The maintenance on this place alone has to be astronomical
