It gets tiring living here, I've decided to get something smaller. Although, I might think about giving my TD pals a 10% discount on my asking price.

If you put 39 million down(20%) your note would only be a little over a million a month not counting Property taxes and insurance.

Kinda surprised it was in that area. I live in Palm Beach County and would've expected it to be on Jupiter island or palm Beach itself. Think it's just the absolute absurd size more than anything.

No, I'm saying someone paid $700M for 520,000 acres of Texas land. This is $195M for a 62,873 sq ft house.

Why does there seem to be a picture of a putting green and short range area with another green, then?

Surely it includes the land that runs between the houses, it's more of a compound.

Do they have Branch Davidians in Florida?
