A show of what’s to come.
Jason Williams and The “Destroya” what a team.

Wait this just happened? But the Mayor wanted that piece of shite to represent the city on New Year's Eve?

In fairness I’d rather have a DA accused of evading taxes than one accused of an elaborate fake subpoena scheme.

People upset about Jason have no one to blame but Leon.

Williams wasn’t aware Andrews is charged with domestic abuse and child endangerment on top of armed robbery and a more recent possession of meth charge.
Uhhh. . .you're the DA, sir

Jason is Cedric’s boy, that indictment will go away no doubt

That ain't going away. He was actually scheduled to start his trial for tax fraud yesterday when he was sworn in as DA (can't make this stuff up), but it was pushed back at least a few months due to no trials with COVID. And a judge just rejected his appeal to throw it out and said he found no evidence of selective prosecution or racism as reasons Williams said they went after him.

Also, one of his accountants just changed his plea from not guilty and pled guilty to 1 charge which means he will be testifying against Williams with the goods in court.

It’s ok everyone; Jason didn’t know the guy had criminal charges pending

quote:

“The district attorney was not aware of any open cases against Mr. Andrews prior to media inquiries today," said a statement late Monday from the district attorney's office. The office did not immediately respond to a question as to whether Williams thinks having a performer with pending criminal charges perform at the ceremony would pose a conflict of interest.

The statement acknowledged that a former legal associate of Williams represents Andrews. But it stressed that Williams has not represented Andrews.
