DA Office Spokesman, Ken Daley says Williams wasn’t aware Andrews is charged with domestic abuse and child endangerment on top of armed robbery and a more recent possession of meth charge.

”This is his first day. Let’s assume he didn’t know this,” Fox 8 Legal Analyst Joe Raspanti said. “It’s not in the best interest for that office to handle it anymore and I’m going to assume that maybe they’re going to recuse themselves and let the Attorney General handle this case but ultimately, it’s going to be the first or one of the many tough decisions that are going to have to be made going forward.” LINK /

Big Baby Glenn Andrews has only been arrested for child endangerment, domestic abuse, armed robbery, and possession of meth. His music will turn it all around.

I really hope that Williams doesn’t go soft on violent crime, but I am not terribly optimistic that he won’t.

Jeff Landry should really be constantly keeping the pressure on Williams to do his job, but I am not terribly optimistic that Landry will be effective at doing that.

Why should the AG be in charge of making the DA do his job? This clown was ELECTED by the people he serves. They should be in charge of making him do his job. Stupid ducks voted for this Soros backed “Progressive Justice” arse Hat and now they get to see what it is like to let murderers and robbers operate with impunity because muh Systemic Racism.

I agree in principle.
However, the taxpayers of the state are going to have to deal with consequences of N.Os decisions.
They'll create a disaster, and rational, responsible people will be left to clean up the mess.

Best prosecutors are fleeing the office. Not sure there will be anyone left who actually tried a homicide.

So far the cop hunting division is the only thing he's announced.

Because every DA represents the STATE of Louisiana in criminal proceedings, and the AG is the head of the Louisiana department of justice.

And Landry would be labeled as racist if he did this. Sad.

Correct. But I believe that jury trials are suspended through at least March, so we won’t have a verdict for a little while.
