You sound really bitter. And not just today, pretty often in any thread about Nola.

Yep, and you're constantly lambasting people's bad personal experiences in NOLA as well. Do you work for the mayor's office or for one of the local culcha apologist groups in your fricked up city?

You might want to click on a BR thread and see where I shite on my own city all the time.

you must miss the post about Nola where I often talk about how absolutely terrible the crime is and say how violent offenders need to never see the light of day. I don't make excuses for it. About as far as I go is try to speculate on the root causes of it and how it's multi faceted..... but keep on keeping on.....

Condemning the act is easy.

But your victim blaming and discounting people's reasonable concerns for visiting the city are tiresome and boorish.

You walk anywhere you want and no one bothers you, we get it. That's obviously not the experience of people involved in 5 different incidents last night in your fair city.

because I'm always trying to blame victims right?

I was just saying that it seems a bit fishy because I absolutely know from first hand experience how often people are walking the quarter asking and attempting to buy drugs. All walks of life... sorry but I just know t happens.... either way the perps need to put under the damn jail, but I'm also saying that there are some basic measures you can reasonably take that helps reduce the chance of crime hitting home. Yes it's bad and worse than the vast vast majority of places and it's inexcusable... not sure what you want me to say? Want me to be all 'frick THIS CITY, boycott and save your life!!'

No, but you could tell people in a rational manner why their fears of visiting the city may be unfounded rather than saying "you're just a fricking pussy".

There are people from nola who don't mind admitting it's dangerous

Is New Orleans dangerous for drug users and drug dealers? Yes. Is New Orleans dangerous for black males? Yes. I can admit that.

I forgot that no one gets robbed or mugged outside of the city limits. My bad.

Don't be a retard. No one cares about drug dealers and users getting robbed and killed. People give NOLA shite because it's happening to tourists and other law abiding white people at a ridiculous rate. You don't see this in other major cities.

Not to mention the rapes and car jackings. I love Nola but I wouldn't live there again now that I have kids. Nola is 3rd world dangerous

You really are naive. Go spend an hour reading ProjectNola's Facebook feed and if you truly feel safe after that you are an idiot.

It stretches way past black on black stuff. It's NOPD's 911 system being down(affects fire, ems, & nope)It's cops not being able to respond to crime calls because they are understaffed. It's criminals knowing that cops cannot respond to crime. It's violent crimes being commited on busy streets and sometimes in broad daylight against innocent white peoples. Seriously, go take an hour and read and look & educate yourself

If you were scared on Bullard and I-10, sorry but you're definitely a pussy. The shell gas station right there is perfectly fine. Just stay away from Downman, Dwyer, Chef and Michoud.
