New low-cost carrier RED Air crash landed 1 of their 3 planes in Miami yesterday.

RED Air started flights in November 2021.

They have one MD-81 and two MD-82.

They fly from the Dominican and to Miami.















EDIT: Now they have only one MD-82 plane.

Some people have all the “luck.” Insurance payout forthcoming. Probsbly makes them profitable this year.

Looks like an old AA bird.
Heard a rumor the pilots slammed it down which led to the gear collapse

Aren't all landings really just controlled crashes?

This one was a little too hard.

I've always liked those md8x series.

The first plane I flew on was a Southern DC9 in the 70's.

I thought it was weird how we stopped somewhere in Ms to pick up more passengers. Like a bus.
