You need to exit stage left as you have shown you know nothing about grills.

Ahhh thanks for clarifying. Going to edit my post.
Being made in China isn’t always bad. While a lot is junk they do manufacture a lot of things well and are getting better. It just all depends on what you are looking for and what you want to pay.
I ordered a parts kit for my old tractor that was made in the US. Kit came in and had pieces from Mexico, China, Singapore and Brazil. Global sourcing is just the world we live in.

I've had a weber genesis since 2006 in a cold weather environment.
It's been pretty regularly covered, but sat outside most years.
It still cooks like new.

I have a 5 burner Charbroil Grill. Keep it covered and under Patio away from elements. Works great.

Green Egg if you are serious about outdoor cooking.
Why is the Green Egg one of those weird things that the OT aligns against?

Char griller for around $160

Why waste money on a gas grill? I've had a version of the cheap grill for 12 years. It's a gas and charcoal grill and cook on it at least twice per week including the winter. I never use the propane.

Those rotisserie grills are a nice option.

Whatever you do, stay away from Charbroil...the last few years they have gone to hell in a hand basket ! My 2 yr. old "infra-red" is literally falling apart...burners,grates and virtually all the brackets/hardware w/in the firebox. They've gone CHEAP on their materials ! My X-mas present will be the Weber Spirit II 2 burner gas grill...goes on sale by Nov/Dec. prob. $350 ! Don't be 'lured' in by the Charbroil gimmicks/sales !

I own a large Big Green Egg.
Best Grill I have ever owned and the steaks I cook on it are restaurant quality.
It's hot as frick and can get up to 900-1000 degrees. The conventional grills in the OP is lucky to get up to 450.
