I don't just deal with OSHA, I know them intimately. They will fine the piss out of a few major companies then the rest will fall like dominos. People that think this is going away are burying their heads in the sand.
As do I. I don't disagree that it would be that way if we ever got to that point. I just don't think we will ever GET to that point. It's not going to stick. This admin has and will continue to throw shite against the wall and see what sticks. The elections a couple of days ago will open their eyes SOME. People are growing tired of this bullshite. Lot's of people. Again, I say this will never get to the point of enforcement. Just my 2 cents

You're debating me on the 'can they legally' versus will they, baw. I'm not suggesting it's legal or that they will ultimately win, but come January 4th, barring our courts intervening, OSHA will start immediately nailing companies in non-compliance. They are not worried about the legal challenges.

The goalpost have moved so far away from the initial "goal" they aren't even in the same state as the playing field. And why wouldn't they move them? This is ALL arbitrary. The executive branch, with many in the legislative and judicial branches happily cheering them along, are simply governing by fiat. Sure, they "asked nicely" for you to voluntarily comply. But now they have no choice but to try to force you to do so.

It is like the DNC wants to lose power because this is how you do it.

What do you think will unstick it?

Yeah, that's cool and all.... but it'll never stick. Just like the bullshite spewed about it a couple of months ago hasn't gone anywhere... not going to happen.
Keeping hearing this…
Haven’t seen any solid info why and timing on how quickly an injunction or ruling would come.
Companies are going to fall in line like they already have over pure fear of potentially being fined. There would need to be a ruling immediately to stop this.

Barring court intervention, which maybe they will surprise us this time, I think January 4th will start a shitshow. I hope that I am wrong.

This. Like Oates said, barring (what I think will occur) our courts intervening, OSHA will start fining. They don't care. I am dealing with multiple legal cases with them and they do not care. It's simply a power trip, even when they have no stance or way forward to win.

Also - if you voted for this piece of shite, remember this too. This is also partially your fault..

Ehhhh... From my seat, it's looked like a lot of companies have TRIED to fall in line and enforce... then crawfished when they received resistance from employees

Got it. Time for some red states to step up.
We need some non-vax requirement laws passed to get State vs. Pres EO/Fed rule. That is where it will get interesting.

How in the world is this legal?

Goof off

But in seriousness, it would have to come from local/state/federal courts getting the ball rolling on this, which I think will ultimately occur at some level.

Come on Texas and Florida, do your damn middle finger thing to Biden.
I fully expect Florida, sort of bummed Texas has not yet with special sessions in.

Abbot did his EO and asked that the legislature make it a law. Seems like they aren’t too concerned with rushing it.

Make everyone on government assistance be vaccinated first, then go after working Americans.

Alabama has a bill going through that will give employees the option to simply check a box whether they want to use the medical or religious exemptions. And employers aren't allowed to push it past that.
