This is why journalism is dead. The argument is that it discriminates based on race. But you can easily dispute this with these facts:

A white woman in jeans can go.
A black woman in jeans can go.

A white woman in booty shorts can’t go.
A black woman in booth shorts can’t go.

This is by definition, equality. If journalism was alive, they could have stated that the rule purposely chose clothing that only black people wear. But that’s not being reported because it’s not true.
