Yep. The new wrangler just getting through it's first iteration. The Gladiator through it's first run.

Let's see if Jeep that V8 that they teased today.

My best friend had a 2 door GMC Jimmy in HS and it was like playing drunk twister to pile everyone in leaving a party.

One of my HS friends still claims he got his Jimmy up to 150 mph

His was a piece of shite but when we were behind each other waiting on the red light after school he'd purposely put it in reverse and back into me. Back when everything wasn't made of plastic I guess

Pushing your padnah through a red light was a right of passage

I had an 81 GMC Sierra with a 350 in it. Damn bumper on that thing weighed 200 lbs. I loved that truck. I wish I'd kept it.

Nope! Will price themselves out.

#2. Independant front suspension.

No real competition to Jeep Wrangler if it don't have straight axle in front.

Yeah, sure, it rides better BUT that isn't why we buy Jeeps.

Others have tried. All have failed.

The Z71 Tahoe is full sized.

The Bronco is based on the smaller Ranger pickup.

See: The new Acura NSX and Toyota Supra

Not sure what happened with the NSX, but the Supra was unimaginative and, quite frankly, lazy. Putting a few new body panels and changing the BMW badge for a Toyota one turned a lot of people off

Looking at the trim levels it looks like they have carpet as standard in the lower levels and you have to go up to the Badlands trim to get the rubberized interior. Is that right? What’s the point of having the top off with carpet on the lower trims? I would think they would at least do the vinyl flooring like is standard on the XL Trims.

That could be worth consideration

I wish there were a stronger word than abomination, but it's as strong as any. That development crew should feel nothing but shame and remorse.

The marketing team should. It's a fine crossover - but it's not cool to call that a Blazer. Call it something else. But don't call it a Blazer.

Both of those were kind of disappointing....but Toyota and Acura fans have much higher standards than Ford.
