Every time I see those drivers they all look so happy, just bopping along to their music, doors off, not a care in the world

You do realize that Reiger Rd isn't connecting to Pecue anytime soon? The Reiger Rd/Siegen Lane intersection is always a clusterfrick coming from Reiger Rd.

I believe that Dillard’s wouldn’t sell so the deal fell through. The location off Siegan has been widely reported for months. It is going to be located behind Bethany’s 3 crosses off Rodger Rd. It’s going to make traffic on Siegan Lane more of a nightmare than it already is

You did not name a single road in East Baton Rouge Parish. You're right about the traffic, though, if there's not another entrance somewhere.

You can take Exchequer through the Industriplex to Airline, which is what most business in that area do (Mockler Bev, Kentwood Water, Frito Lay)
