Dude just stop. You’re trolling.

For all those that believe the moon landing was faked -
We have telescopes that can currently see the flag planted on the moon and the shadow it casts, as well as the equipment left behind.
We also still use the laser reflector placed on the moon by the crew to measure the distance between it and the earth.
You can still say "but those could've been planted by a machine" as an argument I guess, but why would they go through that much effort instead of just sending humans?

OysterPoBoy's trolling the frick out of this thread.

I know he big dickt Aldrin out of being the first person to walk on the moon after it was pretty much already decided.
Myth, there was no debate on who would be first, Armstrong had already trained to be the pilot of the Lunar lander for a couple of years. Being the pilot he was next to the hatch, the cockpit of the lander was so small Aldrin couldn't exit until Armstrong got out first.

Another interesting bit is that the news channels weren’t able to get a feed straight from the moon. They had to point their cameras at a CCTV screen at NASA and use that footage. Was NASA worried they would be able to tell it was a recording?
The NASA video from the moon had a lower scan rate and resolution than that used by network TV to reduce the bandwidth needed to transmit the video from the moon. Because of this the NASA's video could not be connected directly to the network feed. My dad was a engineer that worked on the Apollo program he was in mission control during the landing watching the direct feed from the moon. I will assume you are just being a troll, someone would have to be a major dumbass to actually believe the lunar landing were fake.

We can also exercise simple logic to see that the idea that the lunar landings were fake is idiotic.
Lets start with the primis that "the lunar landings were faked"
1. Why go to the trouble of faking 6 landings, seems like one or two would do?
2. Why fake the loss of video on the second landing so none of the world could see the "fake" landing?
3. Why fake the failed Apollo 13 mission?
4. Why bother to build a fake lunar rover and ride around, seems like just faking the landing would be enough?
5. Why fake all the scientific experiments, as already stated wouldn't just faking the landing be enough?
6. How did the capsule get out to the location where the astronauts were picked up in the ocean, or was entire crew of a NAVY vessel in on the fraud.
7. 400,000 people worked on the Apollo program, 10-20,000 would have been in positions to know if it was staged yet not a single one has talked in 50 years,

OysterPoBoy saw the documentary "Capricorn One" that exposed the faked manned mission to Mars. He knows what's going on.

I've always thought this picture of the moon, taken while Armstrong was on the moon from his front yard in El Lago (near Houston), is pretty neat.

Awesome picture...that may top the OP’s.
I was on a “space kick” about a decade ago. Whether the HBO series or the documentaries that came out when the shuttle program was winding down, I remember that one of those 2 major “firsts” had a guy who ended up being a nasty old SOB in his later years. As for Buzz, nobody could top his old arse punching that prick in the face. Didn’t Armstrong essentially “pull rank” to be in the position to get out first?
Lovell is a guy who even most middle aged people think looks like Tom Hanks. He’s also the one guy who you feel for...imagine being that close to the moon twice and never landing on it.

Probably Shepherd. Armstrong was just known for being very private. I've never heard anything about him being rude.

Just to be clear. In your theory, hundreds of people are aware of the moon landing being fake yet all of them have kept it a secret and not one of them all of these years later has leaked the truth? Yeah OK.
If they can keep the 400 year history gap secret they can keep this secret.

Armstrong was selected to be the lunar lander pilot years before, and had trained for that role. The lunar lander cockpit was so small the simple fact that Armstrong's control position as pilot was next to the hatch dictated he had to get out first.

Point of order: Buzz Aldrin was the Lunar Module Pilot, even though he would never manually fly the LM, only control it via computer input. Aldrin was pretty much only there because he wrote the book on orbital rendezvous. Literally. It was his doctoral dissertation at MIT; he figured out the mathematics and INVENTED the techniques. NASA wanted the guy who knows that shite inside and out on their first landing attempt in case they cocked something up. Then, they'd have the expert sitting in the spacecraft and capable of navigating without computer assist back to the Command Module for docking. Aldrin otherwise really wasn't a very distinguished astronaut to speak of, compared to some of his peers. Since Armstrong was already Commander and would fly the LM manually if necessary, and Collins was the Command Module Pilot, Aldrin got shoved into the title of LMP, even though he'd never fly the damned thing.

The "moon landing" is Stanley Kubrick's best work.
Watch the movie Capricorn 1 and see how easy it is to create such a cover-up just once.

DAMN! Who figured an O.J. Simpson movie could give away the truth!
Ever seen this video of a 72 y/o Buzz Aldrin cold-cocking a "moon conspiracy" a-hole after being called a coward and a liar?
