Killing a few stray cats when there are too many is the same as killing a rat in your shed or a possum that’s fricking with your dog in the back yard.
It doesn’t always have to be sadistic animal abuse. I wouldn’t personally poison a cat I’d just shoot it with a .22 but it’s not like he vivisected it and hung it on a tree to watch it die like Ed Kemper either
