My kids go to bed at 8:15-8:30. They have sound machines so they can’t hear crap.

My daughter is in bed and asleep by 8:05 8:10. She is less than a year. If someone woke her up mowing that late I would be annoyed.
Assuming it was not loud enough to wake her (it probably is not) then I do not care when you cut the grass. I would rather 8:45pm over 5:45am.

Well, not including the fact that it's 1000 degrees outside in the day, cutting at night is better than cutting in the morning when everything is wet from morning dew and such.
