I’m on a limited budget and am in need of at least 2 most likely 3 new tires. I can’t afford to break the bank and don’t need anything fancy. Does anyone have a suggested place that i can get a good deal. I’m sure I’ll get some witty retorts here but seriously looking for suggestions

If you have a costco membership, their tires are pretty reasonable

There’s a place on Gardere…..

Nash tower shop. Had to get tires there once due to a blow out and all the other tire stores were busy. They got me me in and out in 5 minutes for about $30

I’ve been searching for tires for so long I gave up. Got too tired.

I just use NTB or whatever they call themselves now. Any additional shopping around I’ve done hasn’t netted me any savings worth the time searching. They always have everything from their store brands to high end for all my vehicles.

Costco if you are a member. Discount Tire if you can't do Costco. McDonald Tire on Florida if you need something cheap or perhaps even a used tire or two.

If you are willing to go cheap, go with Walmart. Just be sure to do your research on the tire models.

McDonald’s Tires.
Corner of Florida Blvd and Sharp Road.

Best place in town. Go see Ben or Tim, tell them your deal and let them fix you up.

They also have great used tires.

What size tires? What is your price range/tire? If you're truly in a bind, I may be able to help you out, being it's the Christmas season and I've been in binds before myself. I can get tires at wholesale prices.

I'm in Zachary though.

I have had good luck in the past figuring out if my truck tires matched a size that came on vehicles that the owners of usually change out for larger rims / tires. Example Jeeps, trucks etc. My truck has tires the same size that Chevy Colorado trucks have. Apparently people would buy a Colorado and then buy larger rim / tires. They would put the old ones online for sale and I have gotten really good deals buying them. Usually new or just a few thousand miles on them.

Bruh, if you’re on a tight budget, they can be just what the doctor ordered.

Your “oof” is showing a bit of ignorance and lack of empathy.

Seems costco always has “buy 3 and get the 4th tire free” promotion. Free tire rotation and repair on every tire purchased from them.

Wal Mart has pretty cheap tires but brands I’ve never heard of. That the OP said, do your homework before buying. Go early on a weekday to get faster service.

Sam’s, Costco, Walmart. I’ve used these three for the past 20 years for tires. Some have buy 3 get one free or whatever.
