I’d like to get pass for the entire season, but am interested in any that are available. Can be reached at 2two5-fourone3-two7sixnine.
You absolutely got lucky. Their overall customer service is not even in the ballpark of what it used to be. I used to be their biggest proponent and recommended them to everyone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, anymore.
re: Any USAA policy holders noticed a decline in customer service?

100%. I've personally had USAA insurance since I started driving at 15. I had them for 29 yrs before just recently switching. I am also in the collision repair industry and deal with insurance companies all day, everyday. USAA used to have the best customer service, by far, of all of the insurance companies. Over probably the last 5 years or so, their customer service has absolutely gone to complete crap. They are now one of my least favorite insurance companies to have to deal with. I can never get anyone in claims on the phone. They outsource almost every estimate and supplement to different third party companies now.
If he is a 2028 kid, he's around 15. My son graduates 2028 and he is 15.

re: Question for those business owners here...

Opened my own collision repair business. Graduated from LSU in something totally unrelated. Worked in the auto insurance industry for a few years, where I worked closely with a bunch of local collision centers. Left the insurance side and worked at a large collision center in Baton Rouge for a few years. Got tired of trying to deliver cars with crappy repairs to customers, because that's what I was told I had to do. The shop I worked at didn't care about the quality of work that was done, only the quantity of work we were doing. This weighed on me heavily, because that's just not the type of person I am. So, along with my business partner, who was a body man, decided to open up our own shop. I taught my business partner everything I knew about management, estimating, and insurance. He taught me everything he knew about bodywork. That was almost 13 years ago, and we've been rocking and rolling ever since. Did absolutely everything ourselves for the first 2-3 years with no employees, except for the final paint work. Had a painter come in the evenings to do the paint work, after he got off from his other job. Worked many 12-14 hr days during that time. We now have 8 employees and pretty much handle just dealing with customers, insurance, estimates, and parts.

The turn arrows definitely were not flashing, and appear to be red in the video.

The straight lanes had green for the direction of the travel of the young lady. The two turn lanes(upon further looking into video) definitely looked to have red arrows.

Made myself watch the video again this morning. Paid more attention to the left side of the screen(which had the lights for the girls direction of travel). The girl/car definitely had red arrows for her turn lanes and the bike had green lights. The way the brother describes it makes sense though. The car eases up to the light. Starts to go, then hesitates a bit, and then turns. You can hear the bike for a second or so before the impact. Impact almost flips the car, and they both burst into flames immediately.
