Get an adjustable base for your bed and raise the head a bit.

They make their living selling cpap. You are not telling us something. Why did the doctor say no cpap?
I saw something about a major manufacturer having to recall their product just the other day
Maybe that has something to do with it
ETA it was today

561 reports of death in the past 3 years.
This isn’t new news.

You might try an ear, nose, & throat specialist. Something like a deviated septum could cause issues like snoring. One of my coworkers was having issues like you described. The guy was young, in shape, but snored bad according to him. He was tested for sleep apnea but that wasn’t the issue. This guy had a procedure done where something was shoved up each nostril, the device was pumped up, and pulled out. I don’t know exactly sure how all that works but he said it fixed the problem. Said it was not all that painful either.

I sleep fine. The noise bothers my family members.
I told my wife before the sleep study they were going to say I need a cpap because it is a racket. I was absolutely shocked when they said I didn’t need it.
I do not drink, smoke, dip or anything.
I am 6’5” and got down to 211 lbs and it didn’t help with the snoring.

My grandfather snored loudly. The only time he didn't was when I told him that the IRS had called him earlier in the day and would call him back the next day. No snoring at all that night!

lose weight, seriously

If you don't have sleep apnea(although I'll say its important to look at the the RDI numbers if your sleep study reports it as opposed to just the AHI)
Snoring can be a from a few different things:
1) nasal issues - deviated septum, etc. Snoring occasionally can improve by having those things addressed. You can try those nasal dilators that you can buy onlind
2) palate issues, long uvula etc. - several in office procedures can be done but won't be covered by your insurance .
3) mandible/tongue issues - oral appliance may help. Some ents, many dentists can make them. You can also buy online versions such as snoreRX and give it a go.
I would see an ENT who has a more sleep oriented practice and have them look at you.

Another thing to consider is if your sleep study was a home sleep study - occasionally they can underreport the severity. If results are incongruent with what was expected, can consider an in lab study to confirm results.

I had the rotor rooter surgery a couple years ago. It helped a little bit, and I don’t use my CPAP although I probably should
1. Resection of soft palate and uvula
2. Remove tonsils
3. Straighten septum
4. Resect turbinates
Not sure I would do it again, and I wouldn’t wish the pain and recovery on my worst enemy, but I don’t regret it.
I knew what I was getting myself into and I was warned but it was 10x’s worse than what they said it would be

You had a rather extensive procedure done. Yeah man that hurt for a long time I would think. That’s a lot of stuff going on there. I bet you don’t have near as many sinus infections now though? My buddy had something far less invasive than that. I guess that’s the word I’m looking for. Whatever they did to him required no surgery. He showed me what they did to him on YouTube, but I have not a clue what it’s called.

Navage before bed and use a breathe right strip.

If you don’t need to lose weight, try to sleep on your side and keep your mouth closed when you are sleeping. I believe I have seen some elastic slings at the drug store to help you eight that. I also saw some anti-snore spray at the drug store and a guy who was buying some said that it worked very welll.
Finally, get a zyppah…it has a 90-day money back guarantee, so you really have nothing to lose.

Sleep on your side or go to your dentist and ask him for something like this.
