Any suggestions?

I’ve done the sleep study and the dr said no cpap.

I’ve lost weight and it did not help.

Have you bought anything that helped?

When you get older there isn’t much you can do to stop it. Maybe try sleeping with your mouth closed and breathe through your nose

Have you tried a saline nasal spray? I think there are rx versions that have a steroid that seems to help.

How much though? If you are still overweight it’s not going to do much. As said only so much you can do. But being healthy and not drinking will helps

They make their living selling cpap. You are not telling us something. Why did the doctor say no cpap?

Tape your mouth shut

Seriously

Eta: 1” strip of medical tape. Just enough to keep your mouth closed when relaxed.

If the sleep study didn’t record frequent apneas then a cpap machine wouldn’t do anything.

Unfortunately have to lose a lot of weight. Like healthy bmi weight. Drinking will make you snore. Getting physically fit will help.
