It makes perfect sense. These people have been told that white people, specifically white Christian people, are their enemies. The fricking mayor of Nashville just held a rally with a bunch of try hard country singers that said just that.

It was already too late at that point. The shooting had already occurred. By then, I can imagine every cop/first responder was en route to the shooting.

Born a woman, but had been identifying (and dressing) as a man for a number of years. I am not sure if she actually underwent any transition medical procedures.
She attended the school as a kid. Apparently she had a beef with the school. It is being reported she targeted the head of the school and then took out his 9 year old daughter as well. In the meantime she killed 2 other 9 year olds and two other employees.
Police went right in and killed her ASAP. They didn't wait around at all.
