Does anyones wife/ did anyones mom just buy paper towels and use them as an all purpose disposable rag, including their plethora of uses as a napkin? Growing up, I dont think we ever bought napkins except for colorful ones on special occasions and God forbid you used those before or after the event. We just tore off pieces of paper towel when eating family dinner regardless of who was there. Is this just a product of my non-OT baller status as a kid growing up or is this a common thing?

Full size paper towel sheet. Fold in 1/2 twice. Win win.

Napkins aren't nearly as efficient or cost effective as paper towels.

Paper towel for everything except washing and drying dishes. And I mean everything. Spills, in place of napkin, pot holder, hell, I even prefer them to Kleenex when blowing my nose.

I grew up in an Asian household, most of the "napkins" had "McDonald" imprinted on them, or some other restaurant.

As an adult, my family goes through more roll of paper towels than most of the modern world.

Growing up we always used paper napkins, or cloth on Sunday. Now I just use paper towels.

paper towels for everything except drying stuff off, cloth for that. Use cloth napkins when guests are over.

If the females in your household are like mine, they've never grasped the concept that you don't have to wrap toilet paper around your hand 43 times for a quick drag through the vag.
