Well it seems that he may be on the down low right now. He is still going to his kids baseball games and is still going to the office on Jamestown every now and then.

The good news is the attorney representing Joe(the heart surgery patient) is going to represent Louie(the amputee) also. As was pointed out in that airing due to the Erisa violations, he can go after Kelly and certain officers of the business personally. Now you know I don't think there is much there because all the money he keeps getting is illgotten and he has probably already spent much of it. The thing is though, I believe this can force him to declare bankruptcy finally and have to liquidate his assets.

This could get very interesting because he may bring in an officer- CEO? personally. That would quickly changes things as to date I believe the CEO has been hiding away from all this. Pressure on him might finally bring answers on what all went down.

I also want everyone to know that several prosthetic companys came forward and offered to make prosthetics for Louie free of charge since Medicare refused to pay for it. Thank God there are still some caring nice people still in this world.

Also as for a netflix series I do think it would be a hit. The stories from this job are mind boggling - Meth, Shoot outs at plants, dancing flaggers, constant crazy. I don't know if anyone remembers the backhoe that destroyed the atm in Mamou and got in a shoot out with cops--that one was stolen from us and our gps let the cops catch the felons. I never will forget I had to do some continuing education and the topic was securing your equipment from being stolen and vandalized. Well the first video they showed was the Mamou shoot out. I had to raise my hand tell them that was the company I worked for. Life of an asphaltbabe would prove very interesting.

I read and article where a guy in MS was arrested for using false info to get PPP loans. He's facing up to 30 years. The feds aren't playing around on these scammers.

According to court documents, he allegedly lied about his purported businesses' number of employees and payroll expenses to fraudulently obtain more than $6 million in federal COVID-19 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.

Lick allegedly used the money to purchase luxury items, including a home valued at more than $1 million and a Tesla car valued at nearly $100,000. He also allegedly used the funds to invest in the stock market.

Lick faces four counts of wire fraud, one count of false statements to a financial institution, and 11 counts of money laundering.

If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
