The statement he has no money may be somewhat right. He probably has other assets. I am surmising the reason he has not filed chapter what ever is he would have to swear to the accuracy of his value to a Federal judge.

He does have other assets the house he just remodeled in Baton Rouge, the river house with Landon 21 in the pool as well as lot next door.
He owns the office on Jamestown and Denham Springs yard(where he plans to build 48 condos).
He also owns Courtney Run Trailer Park where he just finished buying a bunch of new trailers and has it ready to rock and roll. There is another strip of land he owns but I don't know where it is. Now I am not sure he owns all of this out right or has mortgages. If there are mortgages I think they are small except for the new house.

Seriously, do you think he would have a problem lying to the judge. He does to everyone else and he will say those things are not his b/c he put them under different llc's. Trust me I have tried to get him to cooperate with a judge. It was best me and the attorney's left him out after he refused to show up when the judge told him to be there and was hit with contempt of court.
