I have no idea what Trey is talking about. My deal with him is when he started coming around he was supposed to help me with discovery in litigation with 5s but he would not tell me anything. I kept telling him it was info for our attorneys and I need documents or what he knew. He refused to cooperate with me and the attorney. Beyond arrogant.
Also when he started hanging around he was supposedly getting us rock. We were constantly asking him where our rock was that we paid him for. Oh it is here, no there, got hijacked, you name it and we desperately needed it to finish jobs. My deal is that he would walk away from you and not answer any questions and if he did I wouldn't believe a thing he said. I still have no idea if he ever produced the rock. It was the pompous attitude that just turned me off so much. He was too good to answer a lawsuit but obviously he is now with bankruptcy. As I said about Kelly you can run but not hide in the end.

It’s code for lime stone and maybe gravel to produce sub par asphalt. Go ride I12 at Satsuma tell me how that roadway rides . It’s already loosing its color I’m sure it won’t be long before the OGFC starts pealing up .

I have been sitting over on the side for 5 plus years telling friends the Trey cline, fancy car, boats, helicopter boys were going to implode. It was just a matter of when. Those guys think they were making real money and spending like it would never run out, classic new money move. Problem with these guys they aren’t even new money, they are use, abuse, screw anyone they can to live the flashy lifestyle. Good luck there are still 3-4 more out there circling the drain and most likely don’t even know it
