I think they all enjoyed/benefitted from the douchetastic way the company was run while the cash was flowing. When the cash dries up and the feds come calling, the hired help jumps ship amd starts pointing fingers

This all started because CB collected insurance premiums from employees and never paid their premiums to the insurer BCBS. While employees were being ripped off the owner of the company was partying and taking trips all over spending cash like no tomorrow. Don't forget the PPP money that he received.

Similar thought but not an enforcer. He probably needed someone to take a look at how he could shuffle money around temporarily to get people off his back and kick the can down the road.
Then when she was asked to do things that were undoubtedly sketchy she hit the road but with all the knowledge.
Either way, she’s in the know.

Just calling it like I see it, hoss. I'm not defending anything Kelly the scumbag did. There's a special place in hell for him and all business owners like him, whether they get caught or not.

They did complain though, and I’m sure fed a bunch is BS of how it was going to be taken care of. I know of one ex employee who got on a spouses insurance because of these issues probably 2 years ago. Most don’t jump ship until they find other employment
